Personal Information That We Collect and Why We Collect This Information
We will take some personal client details (email address, contact telephone number, address etc) in order to contact you and schedule appointments, send appointment reminders, and from time to time provide you with information, news, or offers regarding our business and services.
We will also record details regarding your health and activity levels so that we can monitor your progress and guide your training, as well as in case of an emergency. Additionally we will record the training and coaching that we have undertaken with you.
Sharing of Information
We will not share these details with any other party unless expressly requested by you.
Protecting Your Information
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that any information we hold is secure. Information stored digitally is fully encrypted and password protected, and any third parties that we outsource to for data processing (eg our client management platform Cliniko) are currently GDPR compliant.
Any paper records that we hold are stored securely in a locked cabinet. Our clinic is always locked when unattended, as are the two external doors to the premises.
We also have CCTV cameras (operated by G2G Coaching and Galbraith) monitoring both exterior doors into the premises, as well as the corridor facing the interior door to our clinic. We do not use any video surveillance inside the clinic, and the only camera equipment that we use is for video analysis which you will be aware of us using when appropriate.
Length of Time Your Information Will Be Stored
We might hold your information for up to 6 years, if you decide to use our services after an initial analysis or course as many of our clients do, then we will then have your historical notes as a basis to continue coaching.
Your Rights
You will have the right to request your personal information or for any details to be edited or deleted at any stage (with the exemption of financial transactions). We will be happy to meet requests of this nature within a maximum time period of 40 days.

We will never share your images or details on any social media platform or website without your express permission.
